Sarah has extensive stage experience, working for companies like Dreamshed Theatre, The Other Room Theatre, and Spontaneous Productions.
Adopting the nickname ‘Louby Lou’, Sarah founded “Louby Lou’s Storytelling” in 2016. She runs storytelling sessions in communities and schools across South Wales and the surrounding areas, with children, adults, and teachers all taking part in exploring and growing their creative skills.
